Managed Services Overview

The LLB Group's Managed Services offer clients the ability to control monthly expenditures while receiving top-notch proactive technical services. Managed Services provide continuous remote monitoring of servers, workstations, and network hardware (including firewall and routers) and software, with secure connectivity to your environment. This allows us to identify and solve network environment issues, with escalation of priority alerts for server and system wide network outages. Managed services also entail:

  • Comprehensive Microsoft® product support
  • Network security analysis
  • Security log monitoring
  • Bandwidth monitoring
  • Patch management
  • Remote administration of common network administration duties
  • Server and workstation maintenance
  • Verification of backup systems, and periodic test of backup data restore procedure
  • User support including help desk services with ticketing system
  • Custom reports
To support this service, the IT Services Division offers quarterly or annual support contracts to meet your business needs.

The LLB Group is based in the Philadelphia area. We support clients nationally for the Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 accounting software products, IT services, and document management systems; and internationally for Point of Purchase Displays.
