Help Desk, Online Support, and Trouble Ticketing
The LLB Group's IT Services Help Desk has a guaranteed two-hour response time for our Managed Services clients between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We provide resolution to Microsoft Windows Operating System errors, answers to questions regarding the network administration procedures or features, and good faith assistance with any Microsoft Office application or customer-owned software issue or question.
With Managed Services, our help desk support is supplemented by easy-to-access online remote support, and a web-based ticketing system that allows you to report issues and track the progression of ticket resolution from start to finish.
